This little bottle is mounted on a silver cardboard bell so I guess it was a Christmas presentation and probably 1940s. There wasn't much money around during and after WW2, so any young lady would have been happy with this little gift. The ribbon is an Evening in Paris ribbon. A gift from my sister Sandrah.
