Art Nouveau Chatelaine Compact

Only about 5cm or 2 inches at the widest point this pretty art nouveau compact would probably have once hung on a chatelaine with other little items such as a perfume bottle, pencil, notebook, scissors holder and thimble case.   Made of brass with a tiny mirror inside the lid this was a Christmas gift from my sister, Sandrah.
