Silver sleeve for a green lavender water bottle

A sterling silver sleeve to hold a green lavender water or eau de cologne bottle.    These come in a couple of sizes and this is quite a long example at 9inches or about 22cm.     The green bottles were just considered quite ordinary and throw aways after they were emptied.   The silver sleeve was designed to make them look a bit more attractive on a dressing table.
